Project Coordinator

Cruachan PowerStation, affectionately known as the ‘Hollow Mountain’, resides deep inside BenCruachan Mountain in Argyll and Bute. The site is one of only four pumpedstorage hydro stations in the UK and has a capacity of 440 MW – enough to powermore than 90,000 homes.
In this role,you’ll provide key administrative support to our project team. You’llcontribute to the commercial, procedural and compliance activity for thedevelopment and delivery of significant investment projects including theupgrade to Units 3 & 4 at Cruachan.
Additionally,you’ll also support the definition and delivery of robust governancearrangements, underpinned by project, programme and portfolio-level assurance coveringa diverse range of activities to support the delivery of the portfolio’sobjectives.
Who we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, you’ll need a background in administration withstrong experience of information/ data management and governance. Strong ITskills are essential, particularly with Microsoft Office products. We useSharePoint and Visio, so experience with these is highly beneficial.
Ideally, you’llalso have experience working in a project or engineering delivery environment howeverthis isn’t required.
You’ll be a strong communicator, with the ability to influence and buildrelationships with internal and external stakeholders.
