Role Overview: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support to pupils, fostering a nurturing environment for their social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and SENCOs to devise and deliver personalized learning and care plans.
  • Monitor and record student progress, reporting to the school's SEN team and ensuring targets are met.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
