Role: SeniorPayrollAdministrator

Asa Senior Payroll Administrator you will ensure the efficient andaccurate processing of payroll for the Group of companies. Thisrole offers the opportunity to implement new payroll systems andprocedures within a dynamic and fastpacedenvironment.


KeyResponsibilities:

Process monthlypayroll for Group companies and handle any relatedqueries.

Ensure accurateprocessing of monthend payroll journals and yearendprocesses.

Manage payrollstarters andleavers.

Implementinternal controls to drive continuousimprovements.

Conduct projectwork data analysis and businesspartnering.



Requirements

Qualifications:

Detailorientedand highly professional with the ability to work under pressure tomeet strictdeadlines.

Adaptable to afastpacedenvironment.

Excellentattention to detail and strong analytical skills using Excel andother Microsoftpackages.

Proven abilityand experience in processing endtoendpayroll.

Good commercialacumen and confidence in influencing seniorstakeholders.
