Our Mechanical Commissioning Lead will ensure the accurate planning, execution and documentation of the commissioning processes for technical mechanical services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Meeting client commitments with quality and adherence to deadlines
- Utilizing enterprise management systems for goal setting
- Advise on MEP commissioning and performance
- Driving MEP commissioning with contractors and vendors
- Leading and motivating your team to work together effectively
- Provide effective supervision and organizational leadership
- Improving company systems and procedures
- Promoting the business through marketing
- Ensuring technical compliance and quality of products supplied
- Working with customers and main contractors to develop contract strategies
- Taking ownership of the company's project and internal management systems
- Monitoring project finances and controlling expenditure

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- At least 7 years' industry experience in managing mechanical commissioning projects
- Ideally a registered professional or graduate engineer
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification
- Proven technical experience in the industry
- Personal drive, enthusiasm and high attention to detail
- Detailed technical knowledge of mechanical building services systems
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Project
- Creativity and quick problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Effective leadership, motivational, supervisory and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
