WHAT TO EXPECT
Join our Customer Experience team as a Digital Product Owner.
We’re looking for a talented Digital Product Owner with a drive and passion for developing global digital customer experiences to join our team.
You can expect to work alongside the wider web, marketing and Commercial technology teams to shape and deliver the core web platform roadmap benefitting internal stakeholders, external users and customers.
Key accountabilities & responsibilities
As a Digital Product Owner, you are responsible for enhancing the websites customer experience by taking a product-centric approach to developing features and solving problems.
In this role, you will own the website development roadmap for multiple development teams and lead external development and creative partners to ensure the direction for the digital products, but also ensure development is clear and understood by all.
Further duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing projects from change requests: planning, execution, monitoring and closure including communications.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify areas of improvement and new features for website products.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve the product vision, business objectives & goals.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Essential:
• Ability to use and pull data to make informed product decisions and deliver world-class customer experiences
• Experience in a fast-paced digital operations environment and be skilled at managing multiple projects at once
• Experience working with Agile/ Scrum as a Product Owner, Product Manager or within Digital Operations
• Experience developing and managing roadmaps and feature backlogs
• Experience in product discovery with requirements gathering analysis and high-fidelity prototyping.
