As the Marketing Solutions Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our global team. Based at our Crawley head office with flexible working options You’ll be responsible for driving the delivery of key elements of the Hygiene & Wellbeing Category plan, specifically focusing on our Washroom business. This is a maternity cover role for 9-12 months, offering you the chance to make a significant impact during this period.

Strategic Leadership: Lead the Washroom category, driving profitable growth and ensuring we remain at the forefront of the market. Market Insight: Utilise industry, market, customer, and competitive intelligence to steer and validate propositions and product roadmaps. Value Propositions: Develop strong value propositions, product positioning, and messaging that resonate with customers and differentiate us in the market. Go-To-Market Strategy: Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for new solutions, working with stakeholders to ensure successful launches. Cross-functional collaboration: Work globally with local technical and sales leads to identify and prioritise opportunities based on market potential and ROI. Performance Tracking: Measure the performance of current and future solutions, sharing learnings and successes for subsequent launches. Best Practices: Identify and share best practices across regions to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with a business degree and/or marketing qualification. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. A passionate marketer with practical experience in product and proposition development, global-scale launches, and marketing levers. Strong commercial skills and experience in a B2B environment. Proven track record of strategic marketing planning and execution. Demonstrable project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Results-oriented with a history of meeting ambitious goals. Strong communicator capable of building relationships and influencing senior decision-makers. Innovative mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities in a competitive marketplace.
