Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT), led by Frank Schepers, has over 1,700 colleagues operating in 28 countries. It is a leading provider of advice and technology solutions primarily to the insurance industry, helping clients manage risk and capital, improve business performance, and create competitive advantages through consulting services focusing on financial and regulatory reporting, enterprise risk and capital management, M&A, products, pricing, business management, distribution, and strategy.
The Role
As a core member of the ICT Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Regional Operations team, you will focus on aligning and monitoring our compliance with company-wide policies, specifically regarding Risk and Excellence, in the most efficient and effective way. You will establish a strong knowledge of these policies and implementation processes to ensure effective client engagement, project delivery, and optimal business performance. This role reports to the Regional Operations Manager and operates within a team spanning Business Operations, Excellence, and Project Management activities.
Role Objectives:
Innovation & Operational Excellence (60%) Enhance operational excellence and drive continuous improvement. Manage the Risk Dashboard for ICT EMEA and UK regulated entity reporting. Act as the ICT EMEA Compliance interface for all Risk issues. People (10%) Develop a working knowledge of ICT EMEA’s people map to act as a liaison between the Risk function and ICT EMEA. Maintain the ICT Global Excellence page. Financials (15%) Support ICT financial objectives through operational efficiencies, cost containment, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Finance/HR/Recruitment for data and analytics to inform business decision-making. Clients (15%) Project manage Risk actions and Excellence initiatives across EMEA. Manage the EMEA Excellence review program and related meetings.
