Your Challenge

We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team. Please note this role is Milton Keynes/Hybrid based so you must live within a commutable distance of the Milton Keynes/ office .

In this role, the Senior Embedded Software Engineer will be required to design, develop and maintain embedded software functionality for our traffic signs and controllers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, document and maintain software using C, C++, JavaScript, etc Support products running on Linux and/or Keil RTOS Participate in agile activities – daily standups, sprint meetings, peer reviews, code sharing, etc. Follow customer requirements specifications to create functional requirements for software development Follow company and project quality standards Adhere to and develop security standards for our software and systems Consider and introduce methods and tools to improve software quality and delivery performance ,

Your Profile

Extensive experience with C, C++ and/or JavaScript Knowledge of embedded systems and associated constraints Ability to understand customer, functional and technical specifications Good organisational skills Capability to work on your own and with peers Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders 2:1 or better Degree (BSc) in Computer Science or or equivalent Working knowledge of Git code management and workflow processes Right to live and Work in the UK ,
