Your Role:
As a Spa/Beauty Therapist, you’ll be delivering a range of holistic and maintenance treatments using premier brands like Elemis, Nouveau Lashes, HD, OPI, Lycon, and Lava Shells. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and more.
Ensuring the proper use of spa equipment and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Providing exceptional client care and motivating clients to rebook.
Up-selling spa products based on thorough consultations.
Adhering to all company health and safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential; Level 2 is also required.
Skills: High levels of client care, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
Appearance: Smart and professional.
Experience: Knowledge of Elemis products and treatments is a bonus but not essential.
