Warehouse Operative

£ Per hour (£25,272 annual salary)

36 Hours per week 

Day Shift working 09:00 - 18:30 any 4 from 7, typically Wednesday - Saturday

We’re currently looking for a Warehouse Operative with a difference to join our day shift team on a full-time permanent basis. You’ll be based at our Brakes depot based in Hemsworth, who are ​​the UK industry leader for foodservice. As part of theD/Kit team you will also be supporting with loading, unloading, and supporting with driver returns. It doesn't stop there as you’ll also be dealing with rotation and storage of our cages in frozen, chilled, and ambient areas along with general cage repairs and isolating cages that need further work doing to them. You’ll need to be comfortable in a cool environment (we’ll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you warm), be physically fit to lift weights of up to 25kg and have your own transport to get here.
