Over je functie  

Je fungeert als de ultieme ambassadeur van Charlotte Tilbury door leiding te geven aan je team en het te betrekken met de unieke visie van Tilbury. Je bent een dynamische en inspirerende Business Manager die een echte coach is die het team helpt zich te ontwikkelen om alle verkoop- en operationele doelen te halen. Je laat zien dat je toptalent kunt aanwerven en trainen voor deskundig vakmanschap en eindeloos Tilbury-theater. Je bent flexibel, kan goed communiceren en bent in staat het team te begeleiden en ondersteunen. Je bent er trots op dat je magische klantervaringen creëert en stimuleert door oprechte emotionele connecties op te bouwen. Je ziet geen grenzen aan mogelijkheden; je durft het niet alleen te dromen, maar je durft het ook te doen. 

Requirements

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden 

    • Wekelijkse en maandelijkse productiviteitsrapporten aan de Field Sales Manager. 
    • Verkoopsucces stimuleren door het team te stimuleren om de dagelijkse en maandelijkse KPI-doelstellingen te halen. 
    • Leiding geven aan een topteam via dagelijkse besprekingen, 1-op-1-functioneringsgesprekken, Tilbury-theaterevenementen en algemeen lijnmanagement.      
    • Maandelijkse roosterplanning, budgettering en prognose van de payroll (reagerend op handelsvoorwaarden). 
    • Werken en contacten onderhouden met gastwinkelpartners en senior belanghebbenden; ervoor zorgen dat het merk beleid en procedures naleeft.  
    • Beheer van voorraadniveaus via het managen van verkoop, audits en tellingen, waarbij alle beschikbare informatie wordt geanalyseerd om proactief advies te geven over de voorraad aan de Field Sales Manager. 
    • Personeelsplanning; continu talentmanagement en opvolgingsplanning van het team.  
    • Integer handelen in complexe personeelszaken, geheel volgens het personeelsbeleid en de personeelsprocedures, en indien nodig om advies en richtlijnen vragen. 
    • Eigenaarschap claimen over het hele wervingsproces in je winkel, proactief zoeken van uitzonderlijke talenten en alle sollicitanten een magische ervaring bieden.
    • Vaststellen wat de trainingsbehoeften van het team zijn in samenwerking met de Field Training Manager en feedback geven over vooruitgang in gebieden die verbeterd kunnen worden. 
    • Je zakelijke KPI-prestaties stimuleren en opbouwen om toonaangevende resultaten te halen en de nummer 1 te blijven, ook wat betreft groei.  
    • Ervoor zorgen dat de beste klantervaring wordt geleverd door de methodologie van magische service te verankeren en merkbewustzijn op te bouwen door blijvende emotionele connecties te creëren voor klanten.  
    • Eigenaarschap claimen over je winkelstatistieken en de stappen bepalen die moeten worden genomen om toekomstige risico’s en kansen te beheersen. 
    • Grenzeloos denken met je plan voor het kalenderjaar waarbij je rekening houdt met nieuwe productlanceringen en gevolgen voor de activiteit/markt uit het voorgaande boekjaar 
    • Aantoonbaar verstand van ondernemen door plannen, evenementen en andere activiteiten voor te stellen om commerciële successen te behalen. 
    • Voldoen aan de richtlijnen voor gezondheid en veiligheid op de werkplek 
    • Perfecte standaards voor uiterlijke verzorging etaleren en je team inspireren om de beste versie van zichzelf te zijn en dit ook te voelen.  
    • Nederlands niveau B2
