TheRole

A Keyholder is a veryimportant role within our stores you will be given the opportunityto be part of a hard working team working closely with premiumproduct customers and achieving daily targets.

Wewant our customers to step into store and feel the Castoreexperience Its your job to inform all customers about our productsand drive the force behind service and selling within ourstores.

Hours: 30 hours perweek

Responsibilities

• Keyholdingand banking responsibilities
• Greeting andserving customers as they enter thestore.
• Acting as an ambassador for our Castorebrand.
• Always provide excellent customerservice.
• Advising and assistingcustomers.
• Handling complaints or forwardingserious issues to the manager onduty.
• Conducting customertransactions.
• Replenishing the supply of stockon the shelves.
• Assisting with storedeliveries.
• Replenishment of thestore.
• Monitor and report on KPIs regularlye.g. Order in store Ereceipts.
• Identifyopportunities for up selling products and addonsales.
