Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties:

  • Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
  • Providing honest, reliable &; professional advice to potential vendors &; buyers
  • Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
  • Following office procedures &; policies
  • Contribution and awareness of KPIs &; targets
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Registering applicants and attending viewings
  • All pre &; post follow up for appointments conducted
  • Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
  • Ad hoc valuations

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed:

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential, with a minimum of 18 months experience
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
  • You will be well spoken and well presented
  • You will be target driven and ambitious
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
