Temporary PE Teacher (Maternity Cover) - 2–3 Terms, Northamptonshire Based

Hays is working with a great school in Northamptonshire that is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic PE teacher to join their vibrant team on a temporary basis, covering maternity leave for an initial period of 2 terms (with the possibility of extending to 3 terms).
In this role you will:

Plan, develop, and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons for students across a range of ages and abilities.
Promote a love of physical activity and healthy living through innovative and varied teaching methods.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure their development.
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment that fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play.

We are looking for a candidate with:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Physical Education.
A minimum of [X years] teaching experience (newly qualified teachers welcome to apply).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
