We have an exciting opportunity for a SHEQ Administrator to join our SHEQ (FM) team, to provide full support and work on a variety of tasks across Health & Safety, Quality, Environment and our Compliance Tool ACT. This role offers flexible working between the office based in Milton Keynes and at home working.

Key Accountabilities for the role will include:

  • Assist ACT Manager with new client set ups
  • Day to day maintenance of all compliance planners across the portfolio
  • Monitor compliance levels and chase for documents where necessary
  • Check all documents for approval on the system, making sure they are accurate  
  • Extract all remedial actions and recommendations from original reports and issue via the agreed process
  • Update and amend schedules as required

We are looking for an Administrator with data systems experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and some SHEQ knowledge.
