Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with luxury, high end property management experience to join a prestigious property management firm in managing some of the capital's most significant properties.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their representatives.
- Attend client meetings to maintain excellent account management.
- Manage a portfolio of prime and super prime properties,
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and other works to ensure agreed standards are met.
- Supervise contractors and housekeepers on-site.
- Check and approve quotations, billing, utilities, and payments.
- Keep accurate records and provide clients with regular updates and reports.
- Manage client accounts and perform other necessary duties.
Requirements
Must have experience of working with ultra-high net worth individuals and managing luxury properties in PCL.
Package
- Competitive salary depending on experience.
- Prestigious office location in Central London.
- Daily commuting travel expenses paid.
- One day WFH.
- Prospects for enhancing skills/qualifications through further education and training.
- 22 days annual leave each year (increasing to 25 days per year) in addition to Bank Holidays.
