As a disclosure representative, you will use your specialized technical expertise, briefing skills, curiosity, and your attention to detail to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a Foreign Disclosure Advisor (FDA) on our team, you’ll serve as an advisor in matters of foreign disclosure, helping to adjudicate classified and controlled unclassified information for release to foreign partners and international organizations as part of a critical national security mission. You will review and provide recommendations on the releasability of intelligence information based on U.S. laws, regulations, and policies, and seek to streamline foreign disclosure workflows and processes to increase the efficiency and timeliness of requests and releases. You Have:

5+ years of experience with the intelligence community

3+ years of experience with foreign disclosure

Knowledge of foreign disclosure principles, including ICD 403 and NDP-1

Knowledge of analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 703, ICD 208 WfR, and ICPG 403.1

Knowledge of joint command and subordinate organization’s structure, role, and command relationship

TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

5+ years of experience with foreign disclosure

Experience supporting combatant command-level organizations as a disclosure analyst

Experience using Microsoft applications

Knowledge of military affairs, national security doctrine, or military capabilities

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with a diverse group of individuals using a high degree of tact and diplomacy

Completion of Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) Training

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
