Job Title: Junior Account Representative

Overview: 

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our team. As a Junior Account Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting with the management of client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in the field of account management and sales.

 

Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Account Management: Assist in managing client accounts by updating account information, processing orders, and tracking account activity.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and assist with lead generation efforts.

Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and work with internal teams to implement solutions that meet the needs of clients.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
