Your role as Loyalty Data Analyst
Support in the creation and evolution of Loyalty Analytics within Greene King Support the Loyalty Analytics manager in representing the analytics team to the Loyalty transformation programme to ensure all analytics requirements are captured and implemented Develop and optimise accurate and actionable self serve reporting of all loyalty activities and incentives across Greene King with incrementality considered and included as part of this Deliver deep dive actionable insights regarding the Loyalty activities and associated customer base Utilise the reporting and deep dive insights to tell stories to the business ensuring that correct and impactful action is taken from the data and analysis Review the data quality of all Loyalty data sources to ensure reporting and analysis are as robust and accurate as possible Network with relevant stakeholders across the organisation in order to ensure Loyalty is at the heart of the business decision along with being customer and data centricWhat you'll bring....
Deep understanding of how to use data & insight to spot trends and opportunities to drive marketing objectives Expertise in analytics software and packages (SQL, Python, Databricks, GCP etc) Expertise in data visualisation and associated software packages (eg Power BI, Looker studio etc) Expertise in statistical modelling with complex data Strong influence and communication skills with the ability to tell stories. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working in a matrix organisation Great understanding of different digital channels Commercially aware and able to integrate company agenda into thinking Passionate and proactive Expert knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs Strong personal skills Be thorough and precise in your work#LI-AP1
