Hotel is a new luxury and boutique hotel set in the heart of Oxford. We sit in
the building of the historic department store and Oxford institution, Boswells.
Our 101-bedroom hotel will delight guests with a sense of curiosity and wonder,
reflecting the rich heritage of the building’s former life.

team is already full of dedicated and passionate professionals working hard to
see The Store bring a new and refreshed luxury hotel experience to the city of
Oxford.

We
are looking for a Front of House Manager to provide leadership to the Front of
House team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and motivating
a team, has an eye for detail, and is also a team player. The successful
candidate must also be able to offer ideas and suggestions, as well as work
effectively with other members of the company.



The
role requires the successful candidate to be proactive, hands on and must be
able to keep calm under pressure and have good communicative skills.

Here’s what
the role is all about:



As
FOHM at The Store, you will provide
exceptional guest service; Aid in communication with guests, staff and vendors
to ensure smooth operation. The Front of House Manager
will have a 360-degree scope of all aspects of the guest relations operations
and the overall guest experience.



As
a Front of House Manager, through effective communication you would be leading
the team with a passion for delivering both the ultimate and most memorable
experiences for our guests. With a strong emphasis on training and development of
your team, you will also be overseeing and enhancing the guest journey,
check-in and check-out processes, and handling guest enquiries and feedback. No
day will be the same. Managing room inventory and rates, monitoring guest
satisfaction, ensuring high levels of customer service, managing budgets, and
ensuring that all reception processes are efficient and effective.



Overall,
as the Front of House Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the
success of the hotel's front of house operations, enhancing the guest
experience, and driving revenue growth.
