Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of students with SEN.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external specialists to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
  • Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEN teaching strategies and incorporate best practices into your teaching.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN teaching qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • In-depth understanding of SEN teaching strategies and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A compassionate, patient, and adaptive teaching approach.
