At Nos Da Healthcare, we provide a professional and efficient service which is tailored to the needs of Nursing Homes, Hospitals and other social care settings and services.

We are looking for an Apprentice to support our busy office with the following tasks:
  • Basic admin duties
  • Assisting with the recruitment and compliance process
  • Answering the phone
  • Taking messages
  • Dealing with queries
  • Filing
  • Dealing with clients and full customer service

Training provided: In house training to be provided on daily duties. Successful candidate will be expected to complete a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship framework

Preferred Learning Provider: Ystrad Mynach College (can be adapted to suit)

Learning Provider Course: Business Administration Level 3 Diploma

Desirable personal qualities:
  • Willing to learn
  • Good telephone manner
  • Confidence to take on new tasks
  • An individual who is looking for a long term career plan
