As the Site Operations Manager you will report directly to the Head of Digital Mailroom, and your role will be pivotal in fostering a strong Health and Safety culture across all the site, collaborating with the HSE Advisor for continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the financial performance of the site, ensuring contracts and projects are delivered in line with quality and financial targets.Lead and manage the team fostering a culture of engagement, accountability and driving excellence throughout the organisation
Establish and promote an effective Health and Safety culture across the Wolverhampton site
Collaborate with the HSE Advisor to continuously enhance safety practices and compliance
Measure and elevate customer service and satisfaction levels, consistently exceeding expectations
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by working closely with teams across the organisation
Maximise asset utilisation and identify opportunities for capital investment projects
Effectively plan and manage service capacity to support contractual and new business demands
Ensure effective project management of key multi-site and complex customer contracts
Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures, including Information Security, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Quality Management Systems. Ensure your operational management team is fully aware and compliant
Understand and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and GDPR requirements, demonstrating a commitment to information security

Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
