We're currently recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in our on site Coffee Shop on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Deliver the perfect cup of coffee to every customer
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Prepare hot and cold foods
  • Use tills and cash handling
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
  • Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
  • Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times

  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
  • Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
  • Team player and can-do attitude
