The role of Creative at 160/90 is to be a storyteller and creative problem solver who finds new and unexpected ways to drive results for our clients.
Responsibilities Include But Limited To:
You’ll be working across a wide variety of projects including experiential, integrated campaigns, brand experiences, design, content creation and partnership activation as part of the London team of a global cultural creative agency.
Working alongside established conceptual creatives and designers, you’ll be proactive and open to contributing and collaborating in a variety of ways depending on the need – sometimes using your design skills, others using your ability come up with simple yet smart, impactful and culturally insightful ideas.
You’ll be at the heart of cross-discipline creative teams that ideate, evaluate and develop concepts that answer client briefs in unexpected and effective ways.
Contribute to and participate in presenting concepts to clients as part of the creative team.
Commitment and ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends where necessary.
Teamwork and collaboration are non-negotiable.
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
Proactive interest in design, creativity and wider cultural topics (fashion, sport, music, entertainment, art etc.), sharing with your findings with peers and able to integrate them into your work.
Experience in an agency creative or design team, or similar setting – so that you understand the basics of how we operate as an agency.Using excellent written and visual communication skills to create presentations that convey our thinking, research and proposed action to clients.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite, along with Powerpoint and Keynote.
Curiosity and a keen desire to understand how and why people behave.

Experience / understanding of writing & art directing content / film treatments.
Passion for creativity outside of work; actively visiting art & design orientated exhibitions and galleries and a willingness to share your POV with the team.
Social media expertise; creating and sharing content with your own network.
