Job Title: Head of Business Growth and M&A, Europe

Location: Any of our main offices in Europe

Reporting To: VP, Strategy, Transformation & Marketing, Europe

Are you a strategic visionary with a strong consulting background and a proven track record in M&A? KONE is seeking an exceptional leader to drive our strategic growth and M&A initiatives within Europe. With at least 10 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our strategic vision, propelling M&A activities, and ensuring our continued success in a dynamic market environment.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Business Growth and M&A, Europe, you will be instrumental in planning, developing, and executing the strategy of KONE Europe. Reporting to the VP, Strategy, Transformation & Marketing, Europe, this role demands close collaboration with business lines to drive M&A and growth strategies, deploy common ways of working, and provide valuable market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a Europe strategy aligned with KONE's vision and local market dynamics, focusing on M&A and growth strategies.

Provide insightful market, competitor, and customer intelligence to guide decision-making.

Deploy the Europe M&A strategy and playbook, supporting Frontlines in M&A integration.

Foster a community of practice for strategy and transformation capabilities across the region.

Manage selected transformation programs or strategic themes.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of 10 years experience in strategy development and deployment, particularly in consulting and M&A.

Strong business understanding and strategic thinking.

Practical experience in M&A, with a track record of successful integration and growth.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Hands-on experience in deploying complex transformations.

The ability to see the big picture and understand interdependencies. A consulting background is highly advantageous.
