hours per week
To work across the theatre complex. PACU, theatre reception and other departments within theatres if possible.
Main duties of the job
Main duties include: general admin, answering the telephone and passing on messages, responding to emails, scanning documents, liaising with secretaries, dealing with confidential waste. Updating E-Camis, admissions, discharges etc. Booking appointments, transport, liaising with SERCO services. Locating, requesting, checking and filing notes
