bakery in Ascot, and we're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us on this
exciting journey as Apprentice Bakers.

 As an integral part of our bakery team, you'll have the
opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals while honing your skills in a
hands-on setting. From mastering the art of dough preparation to crafting
delectable pastries and bread, you'll be immersed in the world of baking from
day one.

 Key Responsibilities:

  in the preparation and baking of a wide variety of artisanal pastries
  & high hydration doughs.
  
• Maintain
  cleanliness and organization in the bakery workspace, ensuring compliance
  with food safety standards.
  
• Learn
  and follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency in
  product quality.
  
• Collaborate
  with team members to meet daily production goals and uphold the highest
  standards of craftsmanship.
