Role: Toolmaker

Location Swish - Tamworth 

Hours - Continental shift pattern days only 12 hour shift.

A position has arisen in the Engineering Department for an apprentice trained Toolmaker, working a continental day shift pattern. The successful applicant should be able to provide a wide range of Tool room skills.

COMPETENCIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE

To repair/refurbish and manufacture Tooling to maximum production efficiencyAbility to work unsupervisedSelf motivated and task orientatedAbility to work from Engineering drawingsGeneral machining and bench hand experience essentialKnowledge of CNC Machinery and Wire Erosion capability would be advantageousEnsure housekeeping is to highest standard

REQUIREMENTS

City and guilds qualification (or equivalent) Candidates must be a time served ToolmakerExperience in an Extrusion/Mould shop Environment

All applicants should be self motivated and be able to work on own imitative and have a focused and hard working approach to tasks
