As a Product Owner you'll be responsible for driving the delivery and value outcomes of our HR Reward, moments that matter for our colleagues in relation to Pay and Group Performance Share, Sharesave, Flexible Benefits and Tax Year End processes.

You'll be responsible for:

Supporting the development of Team OKRs, tracking product performance, and ensuring benefits realisation. Defining user stories at the team level to meet customer needs and improve the customer journey. Contributing to the overall product vision, roadmap, and prioritising the team's product backlog. Taking accountability for product change governance, business readiness activities, and incident investigation/prioritisation. Collaborating with our Integrators for large-scale changes that work towards successful and safe implementation.

What you’ll need

We’re looking for people that thrive on being given a problem and finding a solution, who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and push back on stakeholders who may be more senior.

It’s essential that you're comfortable influencing, challenging and can articulate our product vision, provide updates, and address any concerns across technical and business teams, and stakeholders.

Strong strategic thinking abilities, enabling you to contribute to the overall product vision and roadmap, as well as making informed decisions that align with our goals. Strong analytical skills to capture and interpret data related to product performance and benefits realisation. This includes tracking key metrics and using data-driven insights to drive product improvements. Effectively prioritse tasks based on customer needs and business goals, thriving in a fast-paced, adaptable environment, handling ambiguity and setbacks. Ability to implement development frameworks and provide coaching and mentorship to team members. This includes guiding and supporting others in their professional growth within the organisation.
