What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Upskill onsite training team to deliver workshop style training programmes across all areas of development
  • Influence speed to competency measurements by implementing training documentation that provides support and guidance
  • Liaise with the central L&D team to work towards organisational directives to meet GXO requirements
  • Provide Health & Safety focus throughout all training to keep colleagues safe at all times

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Level 5 CIPD or equivalent
  • Excellent communicator with experience in coordinating and delivering site wide training events
  • Understanding of warehouse functions at a high level to produce detailed documentation fit for purpose
  • Ability to build business cases to justify expense of training with cost benefits associated and look at return on investment
