East Sussex College Group invites applications for the role of Teaching and Quality Advanced Practitioner (TQAP), a newly created post dedicated to advancing pedagogical skill and high quality consistency across our diverse academic programs. This role is crucial for enhancing the quality of teaching across all campuses, ensuring each classroom reflects the college's commitment to excellence in provision and in alignment with our student-focused values.

The ideal candidate will be working with both individuals and departments in developing improvements in the quality of teaching and learning, as well as fostering a culture of meticulous compliance with high quality standards. By providing targeted mentoring, tailored professional development, and advocating the integration of advanced technologies and innovative teaching methodologies, this position addresses the dynamic needs of both our vocational and academic instructors.

The successful applicant will be a dynamic, positive, solution focused, innovative educational professional with a proven track record in teaching and learning enhancement in Further Education.
You will have excellent communication, mentorship, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change within a diverse teaching community.
