An opportunity has arisen in our Leeds (Bramley) or Huddersfield depot for a dedicated dCPC trainer to deliver our successful Journey Makers program.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive team player that can champion our company values of Always Care, Do What's Right, Succeed Together and Shape the Future.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Train new employees in accordance with all relevant legislation and company standards, providing updates and escalating key issues or concerns to the line manager.
Deliver dCPC (Continuous Professional Develop) training as part of our successful in-house Journey Makers program Maintain accurate records for all aspects of training and recruitment Assist on Recruitment Days with the delivery of our recruitment day presentation, drugs, and alcohol testing, and ensure that all paperwork is completed, and uploaded correctly. We aim to make the recruitment day a positive experience for all candidates Enthusiastically deliver our first day induction. This includes presenting company information and introducing new starters to our range of policies and procedures Other duties commensurate with the role as may be deemed appropriate by the line managerSkills, Behaviours and Experience
Excellent listening & communication skills with the ability to quickly build positive relationships. Confidence to challenge behaviours and suggest ways to improve.
