Senior Lead Brand Marketing Strategist - Luxury Division

Location:  remote, England; remote, Germany; remote, France; remote, Italy

Your responsibilities

Lead and Oversee Brand Marketing Strategies : Spearhead major strategic and tactical initiatives within both B2C and B2B spheres, focusing on luxury brand marketing. You will manage projects from conception through execution, liaising with both internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with our luxury positioning. Strategic Direction and Support for Brand Initiatives : Provide senior-level guidance and oversight for brand initiatives within the Business Unit and across the Company. Work closely with brand content and creative teams to elevate our luxury brand presence. Cross-Functional Leadership within the Brand Marketing Team : Lead cross-functional tasks, promoting seamless processes and unified communication strategies to uphold and enhance the brand's luxury identity. Championing Brand Consistency and Strategy Implementation : In collaboration with the Head of Brand Marketing, ensure the flawless execution of the BestSecret luxury brand strategy across all business departments, maintaining brand consistency at the highest level. Strategic Development of the Luxury Brand: Evolve the brand strategy to align with overarching business objectives, placing a strong emphasis on luxury brand perception and advanced brand funnel KPIs.

Your qualifications

Strategic Vision with a Leadership Approach: Demonstrated ability in leading brand strategy, with a focus on luxury markets. A track record of successfully managing high-level projects and initiatives within the luxury brand sector. Extensive Experience in the Luxury Brand Environment : At least 10 years of proven experience in brand strategy, project management, and coordination of brand activities within the luxury/premium fashion e-commerce industry. Experience in leading teams and managing high-stake projects is essential. Expertise in Project Management and Performance Metrics: Advanced skills in managing complex projects with a keen eye on KPIs, deadlines, and performance metrics relevant to the luxury market. Deep Knowledge of Luxury Brand Dynamics: Comprehensive understanding of brand funnels, KPIs, and analytics tools, with an ability to interpret data within the luxury context. Collaborative Leadership Abilities : Exceptional skills in leading diverse creative teams, including art direction, design, content, social media, and copywriting, towards achieving the luxury brand's strategic goals. Superior Communication and Multilingual Skills: Outstanding proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Fluency in additional languages such as German, French, or Italian is highly desirable, enhancing our brand's global luxury appeal.
