The department is extremely busy over the summer period, so the ideal candidates must be effective communicators who can work in a team and on their own using their initiative to deliver great customer service. With good IT and literacy skills candidates must be able to think on their feet, be good problem solvers, as well as work with a proactive, calm and flexible approach.
