Key Purpose of theJob

Servicing andmaintenance of intruder CCTV and access control systems inaccordance with the currentstandards.

Key JobResponsibilities

  • Servicingand maintaining various intruder CCTV intruder and access controlsystems.
  • Working towards andexceeding maintenance and fault findingtargets.
  • Demonstrate systems forcustomers and explain details such as the causes and consequencesof false alarms.
  • Be part of an OnCall Rota for OOH callouts and telephonesupport.
  • Understanding the clientsneeds and fulfilling all jobsrequired
  • Any other reasonablerequests from management
  • The postholder will ensure the health safety and welfare of themselves andtheir team in accordance with the KingsPolicy
  • Implement and act inaccordance with all company policies including and but not limitedto information security policies environmental quality and healthand safety
  • Protect assets fromunauthorised access disclosure modification destruction orinterference.


Requirements

Essentialrequirements

Ideal candidatewill have the ability to demonstrate working knowledge of variousintruder panels such as Galaxy Castle Aritech Scantronic Network/IPand analogue CCTV.

  • 3 yearsbackground and experience of working of undertaking service repairwork within securityindustry
  • Ability to demonstrate aworking knowledge of various intruder panels eg galaxy menvier& scantronics
  • Network/IPbased product experience
  • Applicantsmust have a clean full UK drivinglicence
  • Checkable work history andsuitable references.
  • Goodcommunication skills
  • Good customerserviceskills

Essential Requirements: 3+ years in the electronic securityindustry with good working knowledge all systems Should be fullyconversant of NSI standards Fully conversant with Network/IP basedand analogue CCTV systems Knowledge and experience of accesscontrol and intruder systems.
