Main duties of the job

What will my duties be?

You will be required to plan and carry out physiotherapy on residents and maintain a respectful, non-judgemental and caring attitude. To provide a high standard of physiotherapy to patients Responsible for own caseload providing highly specialised clinical assessment, diagnosis, planning treatment and review adapting practice to suit the needs of the patient of who may have acute, complex and/or chronic presentations To monitor, review and re-assess clients care plans and objectives against outcomes To supervise, appraise and advise Bands 2-5 therapy and support staff working in this area and to supervise/ assist students allocated to the speciality, assisting the clinical educators as required To work in a , coordinated multi-disciplinary manner Computer literate including use of electronic notes systems, data analysis and reporting systems

What do I need to be successful?

For this role, you are required to have the following attributes:

You must be HCPC registered Highly motivated, enthusiastic HCPC registered specialist Neuro-Physiotherapist (Band 5/6), to work with our clients, and be a role model for our junior staff members. You must have at least 1 years UK experience in a Neuro setting, where experience of respiratory conditions would be an advantage. You will be offering comprehensive neurological assessments and providing treatment to achieving patients short and long-term goals, being able to measure them by appropriate valid outcome tools. You must have excellent communication skills, in-order to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
