We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bank Sonographer to join our small, friendly private hospital located in Caterham, Surrey. The ideal candidate will specialize in Gynecology sonography with proficiency in other specialties such as general abdominal, pelvic, and renal sonography being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality Gynaecological Ultrasounds (no Obstetrics). Accurately interpret and analyse Ultrasound images to provide comprehensive reports to the referrers. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and management. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the use of ultrasound equipment. Provide excellent patient care by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and effective communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must be registered with relevant statutory body - HCPC, NMC or GMC. Proven experience in performing Gynecological sonographic examinations with a strong emphasis on pelvic imaging. Proficiency in other areas of sonography such as general abdominal, pelvic, and renal sonography is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
