PositionOverview:

Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to joinour clients team as a Client Manager/Accounts Manager. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for managing andoverseeing junior team members while maintaining and nurturingrelationships with our larger clients. This role offers an excitingopportunity to contribute to the growth and success of thefirm.

Responsibilities:

  • Manageand oversee junior team members providing guidance support andmentorship asneeded.
  • Developand maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuringtheir needs are met and expectationsexceeded.
  • Workclosely with senior management to develop strategies for clientretention andgrowth.
  • Prepareand review financial statements tax returns and other clientdeliverables with a high level of accuracy and attention todetail.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve processes and procedures within the firmto enhance efficiency and clientservice.
  • Keepabreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to ensurecompliance and provide proactive advice toclients.
  • Participatein team meetings training sessions and other firm events asrequired.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Atleast 3 years of practice experience in a similarrole.
  • Almostor fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred but consideration willbe given to candidates qualified byexperience.
  • Strongtechnical skills in accounting tax and financialreporting.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and trust with clients andcolleagues.
  • Provenleadership abilities with experience managing and developing juniorteammembers.
  • Abilityto prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Aproactive and collaborative approach to problemsolving anddecisionmaking.

Requirements: At least 3 years of practice experience in a similarrole.
