The Role:

As the Supply Planner, you will spearhead short, mid, and long-term planning and purchasing initiatives for raw materials and select components across diverse production sites. Additionally, you'll orchestrate the replenishment of finished goods between warehouses in the UK, US, and Germany.

You will oversee supply plans, encompassing quarterly, monthly, and weekly production plans, with a keen eye on factors such as Out of Stock occurrences, customer service levels, inventory thresholds, days on hand, and obsolescence.

The scope of this role extends to managing approximately 500 raw materials and 200 component codes.

What You Will Do:

Effectively replenish regional and international warehouse stocks, leveraging the SAP Workbench to plan production/vendor supply requirements, generate forward requisitions, and create weekly intercompany stock transfer orders (STOs), while also placing vendor purchase orders.Direct the EDS safety stock replenishment process to issue STOs to Germany twice a month.Oversee critical vendor forward requirements, supply plans, and the issuance of finished goods Purchase Orders (POs).Strategically plan and issue raw materials to vendors promptly.Establish and sustain a comprehensive material status, swiftly identifying and resolving shortages.Provide support for all new product launches and range reviews, ensuring timely availability of full quantities for Christmas, summer, and winter sales promotions across all markets.Ensure accurate booking of all STOs and PO receipts.

What You Will Need:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the cosmetic and toiletries or FMCG sectors.Proficiency in SAP within a supply and production setting.Demonstrated success in interacting with key stakeholders, both internal and external (including third-party suppliers).Ability to effectively manage short-term objectives.Track record of collaborative cross-functional work to achieve results.Understanding of materials requirements planning within a manufacturing environment
