This marks a hugely exciting new chapter for our business and a big step forward for Heartwood Collection.

A significant refurbishment is already underway and will reopen in early summer boasting 56 Bar, 155 Dining, 118 Garden covers and 43 beautiful rooms. It will exude a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding, enjoying good company and excellent food with wonderful rooms to stay.

We're looking for fun and passionate people to join our fantastic front-of-house team as a Bartender.

Tuesday the 11th of June, 2 pm - 5 pm
Wednesday the 12th of June, 10 am - 5 pm
Thursday the 13th of June, 10 am - 5 pm

Heartwood Collection currently has 20 pubs and 14 Brasserie Blancs.  We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms.  This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years.  We hope you can be as excited as we are about the opportunities this will provide for you to take your next step and develop your career with us through our bespoke “Stepping Stones” training and development programme.

*Hourly rate is based on National Living Wage plus TRONC, and the TRONC is calculated from the expected 6 months' site average. The rate of TRONC for the site you are applying for will be confirmed and discussed at the interview stage.
