Your Role as a TeamLeaderIn this leadership position youwill:
- Perform accuracy checks ondispensed prescriptions ensuring compliance with legal professionaland company policies and procedures.
- Leadmentor and inspire a team of pharmacy technicians and assistantspromoting a culture of excellence and continuousimprovement.
- Collaborate with pharmacists tostreamline dispensing processes enhance efficiency and improvepatient outcomes.
- Engage in ongoingprofessional development and training activities to maintainuptodate knowledge of pharmaceutical practices andregulations.
- Handle complex queries andprovide expert advice to patients and healthcareprofessionals.
- Participate in inventorymanagement to ensure the availability of medications and reducewaste.
The successful candidate willdemonstrate:
