Job summary

We are looking for Physiotherapists to join our exciting rotation here at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust.

You will carry a varied individual caseload and have opportunities to gain experience across Acute & Community rotations including; Trauma & Orthopaedics, Respiratory, Stroke & Neurology, Rehabilitation, Outpatients, Community & Children's Services. You will be supported by experienced senior staff.

There is a requirement to maintain respiratory competencies & work on the acute on call respiratory rota. There is also a requirement to support 7 day working rotas across service specialities.

Main duties of the job

To participate in the Band 5 rotation scheme which involves working across the Trust in a range of ward and other settings including but not exclusive to: medicine, orthopaedics, surgery and care of the elderly services.

To provide physiotherapy assessment diagnosis and treatment of patients in the area of each rotation and to the out of hours services.

To maintain close working relationships with other health professionals /referrers to ensure efficient, effective and appropriate delivery of the service.
