About The Role
This role is responsible for the efficient restaurant operation within our Burger King outlet on the resort. Whether it’s a quick takeaway after watching a show or lunchtime pit stop, as an Assistant Manager you’ll be vital in helping our guest’s create smiles The purpose of the role is to ensure that high standard of service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night takeaway is met consistently, and we delight our guests and generate positive feedback.
The role is also responsible for the team within the restaurant making sure they are fulfilled and supported to deliver the highest possible guest experience. You’ll own your P&L, so you’ll need to focus hard on driving sales while controlling costs but your day-to-day is where it will all happen. It’s about delivering great customer service to every guest. Making sure your crew has everything they need to meet the highest standards. And growing, guiding and developing your team so you can stand up to any challenge that comes your way.
About You

We are looking for a passionate leader that enjoys working to consistent standards. You should have excellent communication skills and be confident engaging with teams at all levels. You should also have a curious mindset and not be afraid to challenge the status quo.
