We currently have a vacancy for an Engineering Supervisor at our Great Yarmouth depot. We are looking for an individual with experience in supervisory roles and a strong understanding of vehicle inspection and MOT requirements. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that all vehicles are well-prepared and audited for their annual tests.

Your qualifications and responsibilities will include :

Leading fleet maintenance in line with our policies and regulations to ensure compliance. Efficiently assigning work to our engineering team, ensuring vehicle availability to meet operational needs. Collaborating closely with our team for strong working relationships and top-notch service performance. Assisting the Stores Manager in effective stock management and warranty claims. Maintaining depot equipment for operational readiness. Ensuring accurate records for engineering standards, including fleet and environmental management. Adhering to requisition-to-pay procedures and cultivating relationships with union representatives. Holding an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering and monitoring PCV engineering work. A full UK Driving License is required. Possessing or able to obtain a full PCV license.
