What our clients are looking for

We want to make life better for more people. As a Complex Care Assistant you’ll be joining us in our continued efforts to make life better for our clients. The clients we support have an array of high dependency needs, this may include supporting clients with Multiple Sclerosis, Osteomyelitis, Ileostomy, Supra pubic catheter, Emphysema and cough assist and nippy vent.

We want to make life better for you too, so you will have a contract of employment and all the support and development you need to thrive in your role and developing your career.

Do you need experience?

As much as this is preferred for a complex care role, we do offer an excellent care certificate training programme for anyone who is new to care for any of our other roles.

We’re looking for:

Excellent communication skills A driver’s licence is essential Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.

You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
