IFRS-Fachwissen: Tauche tief ein in komplexe IFRS-Themen, insbesondere mit Auswirkungen auf Commodity-Transaktionen (IFRS 9, 10, 15, 16, IAS 37, 2)Finanzieller Scharfsinn: Bewertung neuer Produkte, Übernahmen und Investitionsprojekte sowie die gleichzeitige Sicherstellung der finanziellen Solidität und der Übereinstimmung mit RechnungslegungsgrundsätzenProjekt Virtuose: Koordiniere und verwalte Buchhaltungsprojekte von Anfang bis Ende, mit einem Blick für die Steigerung von Effizienz und GenauigkeitAccounting-Architekt: Verfeinerung und Entwicklung von Rechnungslegungsgrundsätzen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie sich an die sich ändernden Vorschriften und Geschäftsanforderungen anpassenGuru für Finanzberichterstattung: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Abschlüssen nach IFRS und HGBUnterstützung bei Entscheidungen: Wirke an der Entwicklung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Executive Committee mit, um fundierte strategische Entscheidungen zu treffenAudit-Koordinator: Sei Ansprechpartner*in für Anfragen von Prüfer*innen und sorge für eine transparente und kooperative BeziehungDeine Macherqualitäten
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Accounting, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder in ähnlichen Bereichen mit einer soliden Grundlage im analytischen Denken und einer starken ProblemlösungskompetenzDu beherrschst die Komplexität von IFRS und sorgst für eine nahtlose Anwendung in Deiner täglichen ArbeitDu koordinierst Projekte mit Effizienz und Transparenz und stellst sicher, dass Aufgaben pünktlich erledigt werden und innerhalb des Budgets agiert wirdDu fühlst Dich wohl in einem dynamischen Umfeld, in dem kontinuierliches Lernen entscheidend istDu stellst Dich gerne neuen Herausforderungen und eignest Dir neue Fähigkeiten schnell anWir schätzen vor allem Leidenschaft und Lernbereitschaft.
