Covering : Tywyn, Dolgellau

Role Highlights:

Shift patterns consist of 24 hr block -pay - Days and sleep-in Nights, Part time(24hr) or Full Time(48hr), we are flexible on the days you work although some alternate weekend working is essential. £26,582 per annum basic salary based on working 2 x 24 hr shifts with overtime shifts also available to cover holidays etc. Drivers are essential due to the rural location of the project, although the client has their own mobility vehicle to participate in their chosen activities. Opportunity to complete either NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care (through work based learning) and further progression opportunities

Are you the person who can support our individuals day to day to live independently in their own home whilst promoting a safe, healthy and secure living environment. Your ability to interact, build relationships and support our individuals in all aspects of their life and activities of daily living, which could include; accompanying them on their holidays, social events, interacting with families and friends to encourage relationships and social development.

A small cohort of our individuals who live in our supported living homes, have the capability to lead and live independent lives, your support will be to help enable them to maintain their independence and live their best life. The role may include elements of personal care.

If you are kind and compassionate, patient and friendly then you will make the perfect support worker - no experience is required and full training is given, we are keen to speak to you.
