Telesales Team Leader

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and motivation.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies and training programs to enhance team performance, monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to drive success.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Effectively utilise the relevant software (e.g. CRM systems) to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and provide related reports as required.
- Collaborate with management to develop sales goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.
