Ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are followed. Support the food safety quality culture through engagement and continuous improvement to maintain and improve the safety, authenticity, legality, and quality of products manufactured on site. Complete required administration and coordination to ensure supplies of materials or technical documentation is available in manufacturing areas on time. Prepare, analyse and supply technical data for internal and external stakeholders. Distribution of customer complaint samples to stakeholders. Maintenance of Technical registers and logs relative to manufacturing centres. Completion of audits across site and manufacturing centres in line with required standards – e.g. weekly, monthly, annually. Includes EFK, CCP audits. Completion and coordination of sampling and testing in line with schedules – including micro/allergen/vegan swabbing, raw materials, TUL sampling. Calibration of technical equipment in line with required schedules. Support with Technical led internal and external audits. Support with traceability exercises when required. Distribution of audit non-conformances to action owners. Support Technical Lead activities in absence.What we need from you:
